Quroc SDS believe that when you order something on-line, you want it delivered quickly and reliably every time. That’s why we use DPD, the most secure and reliable courier in the UK. We also send all our boards on a before midday service so you can get out on the water the same day!*

All Orders Shipped Same Day

If we receive your order before 1:30pm Mon-Fri  we will ship it on the same day subject to security checks and excluding bank holidays. Orders received after 1:30pm Monday to Friday will be shipped on the next day. Orders placed after 1:30pm on Friday, or over the weekend will be shipped on Monday morning. On the rare occasion it’s a bank holiday weekend we will ship order placed over the bank holiday weekend on the Tuesday morning.

DPD is a tracked and signed for service so you can follow your parcel’s progress right up to your door! If you provide your email address and mobile phone number when ordering with us, DPD will email/text you with a 1 hour delivery window so that you don’t have to wait in all day!

This method is fully trackable via DPD’s website and a tracking number will be emailed to you after your goods have been dispatched. Please note: someone will need to be in to sign for your items.

*Next Day Delivery excludes Saturday. Delivery to the Highlands and Islands will be via a 2-3 day service.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY

When sending items to main land Europe we use the most appropriate service depending on the size, weight, value and destination of your order, this will include a courier service which requires a signature on delivery. Delivery times vary across Europe but should take 2-7 working days.

DPD Classic is a fully trackable service via DPD’s website and a tracking number will be emailed to you after your goods have been dispatched if you have selected this option.
