Free Next Working Day Service on All UK Mainland Orders

We know you’ll be raring to go paddle boarding as soon as you click that ‘buy now’ button! That’s why we offer next working day delivery.

All Orders Shipped Same Day Guaranteed if we receive your order by 12.00pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Orders received after 12.00pm Monday to Friday will be shipped on the next day.

Orders placed after 12.00pm on Friday, or over the weekend will be shipped on Monday morning.

On the rare occasion it’s a bank holiday weekend we will ship order placed over the bank holiday weekend on the Tuesday morning.

DHL Delivery

DHL is a tracked and signed for service so you can follow your parcel’s progress right up to your door! If you provide your email address and mobile phone number when ordering with us, DHL will email/text you with a 1 hour delivery window so that you don’t have to wait in all day.

This method is fully trackable via DHL’s website and a tracking number will be emailed to you after your goods have been dispatched. Please note: someone will need to be in to sign for your items.

European Delivery

UK VAT will automatically be deducted at Checkout but shipments will be subject to local taxes and charges.

When sending items to mainland Europe we use the most appropriate service depending on the size, weight, value and destination of your order, this will include a courier service which requires a signature on delivery. Delivery times vary across Europe but should take 2-7 working days.

DHL ship on a fully trackable service via DHL’s website and a tracking number will be emailed to you after your goods have been dispatched if you have selected this option.
